We allow 15 minutes for delays and other issues out your control that may extend past your scheduled end-time. After 15 minutes of courtesy time, you will be charged an additional hour. The additional hourly rate is $95.

Yes, taxes and gratuity are included in the quoted rate in addition to any surcharge and dead-head that may apply.

Yes, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to departure. We accept both credit and debit cards for payment. Checks can be accepted up to 10 days prior to pick-up. Chauffeurs can accept cash balances but deposit must be paid with credit/debit card. If you are reserving within 7 days of your rental, full payment will be required at reservation.

Cancellations require a 48 hr. notice. Cancellations received less than 48 hrs. prior to service are not subject to a refund and future credit will be applied.

You must be at least 18 yrs old to rent a limousine. A parent/guardian can rent a limousine for a minor/minors.

A limousine can seat up to 6 people depending on the sizes of the passengers. The typical capacity is 4 passengers but 6 persons is the max. When it comes to luggage, like people the trunk capacity is based on size of luggage pieces. The trunk can hold 3-4 pieces based on size. All other luggage pieces and bags must ride in the passenger compartment. No one is permitted to seat upfront with the chauffeur under any circumstances.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the limousines.

Beer, Wine and Champagne are permitted. Hard liquors are not allowed in NC. No alcohol is permitted if the limousine is traveling in SC. When alcohol is consumed, all passengers must be at least 21 yrs of age. When passengers are under age, sparkling grape juice will be provided.

Yes, we provide ice, bottled water, Coke products and a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine/sparkling grape juice.

Food is allowed in the limousines. You will be responsible and charged a cleaning fee for spills, stains and other damages caused by food/beverages.

Yes, you can book a limousine for any occasion and that includes just for a ride in/to a particular area for a few hours and final drop-off.

The maximum time allowed for a chauffeur is 10 hours per day. If you need a limousine longer than that, arrangements will be made.
